About Us
Mrs Harding - Statistics Tutor @ plus3SD
Mrs Harding is a highly experienced Maths and Statistics teacher with over 25 years of teaching experience. She holds a Maths degree and a Masters in Maths Education and has dedicated her career to helping students build confidence, understanding, and success in mathematics & statistics.
In addition to classroom teaching, Mrs Harding has been a GCSE Statistics examiner for over 20 years, giving her exceptional insight into how exams are marked and what examiners are looking for. She has also worked as a GCSE Statistics Team Leader, supporting and guiding other examiners to maintain high assessment standards.
This extensive experience means students benefit not only from clear explanations and supportive teaching, but also from expert exam technique, targeted revision, and a strong focus on achieving the best possible results.
Mrs Harding is passionate about making maths and statistics accessible, understandable, and achievable for all learners.
Mrs Harding is fully DBS checked, ensuring a safe, supportive, and trustworthy learning environment for both students and parents.
Libby - Communication Coordinator @ plus3SD
Libby has a strong academic background, achieving five Grade 9s, four Grade 8s, one Grade 7, and three distinctions at GCSE, alongside A Levels in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.
In addition to her academic achievements, she has experience coaching and supporting children of all ages within a sporting environment, adapting her teaching style to suit each child’s individual needs and learning pace. Even though she is not directly tutoring your child, she has a clear understanding of their needs and requirements to help maximise their potential.
